Cooking time: 10-15 mins for the complete batch

| all-purpose flour | 500ml (2 cups) |
| salt | 2 tbsp (30ml) |
| sugar | 1 tsp (5ml) |
| baking soda | 1 tsp (5ml) |
| eggs | 2 |
| milk | 500ml |
| butter | 60 ml |
| vegatable oil | 1 tbsp (15ml) |
| banana, finely sliced | 1 |
At camp:
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar and baking soda. In a smaller bowl, mix the eggs, milk and butter. Blend in the dry mixture to form a batter. Gradually add the sliced banana to the mix.
Heat a skillet over a medium heat, add a little oil to prevent sticking, and pour in about 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Serve with jam.
